Order processing

In-stock items: dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order / personalized items: production time is shown on the product page; we ship right after completion.

No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping options, prices & transit times

Available services and rates are approximate and subject to change based on destination, weight and parcel size.

Typical transit times after dispatch:

  • Croatia: 2–4 business days
  • European Union: 4–8 business days

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.

Customs, duties & taxes

Within the EU: no customs duties; VAT handled per applicable rules.

Outside the EU: the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. Please check local regulations before ordering.

Shipping terms under Incoterms® 2020

All international shipments are handled under CPT (Carriage Paid To) – Varaždin, Croatia, Incoterms® 2020.

  • Seller’s responsibility: Kogni j.d.o.o. arranges and pays for carriage to the buyer’s country of destination.

  • Transfer of risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the first carrier in Croatia.

  • Buyer’s responsibility: The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and charges in the destination country.


Large/fragile items

Bulky or fragile products may ship in special packaging or by pallet service. If a rate isn’t available at checkout, we’ll contact you with a shipping quote before dispatch.

Address changes

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us immediately. Once a parcel is with the carrier, address changes aren’t guaranteed and may cause delays or extra fees.

Failed delivery & uncollected parcels

Parcels returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damage or loss in transit

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Split shipments

We may ship items from the same order in separate parcels to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
